Do the RaceTech fork set up and one doesn't need a brace.
Eh, it is a personal preference and probably has to do with how aggressive you are as well.

I obviously have a Race Tech suspension and can tell when I have the fork brace on or off. The real difference can be felt with transitions, it is just a more confident feel, that's about it.

I'll have to dig the book out and see what terms Andrew used when he wrote the book.

The book is at home - I'll make a post this evening when I get home and check.

Mea culpa. Trevitt uses the terms "free sag" to be the sag of the bike under it's own weight and "rider sag" as the sag of the bike with the rider aboard.

I stand corrected on my terminology.
