Rafters on Clear Creek, along old Rt 6 between Idaho Springs and Golden
Colorado... Golden Gate Canyon, and a thunderstorm at RMNP..

The rafters were having a ball, air was warm, water was cold (snowmelt)
saw them up-stream a bit and set up and waited for them to come by.
A shot of Golden Gate Canyon (on the list for WeSTOC) This was a shot
later on up the canyon, the road was great, BUT due to the rain, there
was a lot of gravel on the curves (a lot of nice curves on that road) hopefully,
it will be cleaned up before WeSTOC.. Thunderstorm over Rocky Mountain
National Park.. Weather while in the Denver area was hot with afternoon
thunderboomers in the mid to late afternoon.. (Kept us from the top of
Mt. Evans on both the days we were in the Denver area).. The ride from
Evergreen to Echo Lake is superb.... Peak to Peak was a joy (as always),
Entered RMNP from Estes Park, up Trail Ridge (with an obligatory stop at
the store) back down the West entrance to Lake Granby, over Berthoud
Pass (EVERYONE can scrape there pegs at Berthoud), another attempt at
Evans, then back to Denver for the night..
