Does anyone know what parts I'd need to order to rebuild the SMC on my ST1100 ay?I have been looking on davidsilvaspares and can't see what exactly I need to buy,or can you just buy a new SMC? and are they big bucks? thanks

Did you check the brake hose on the secondary master cylinder? If its gone hard and stiff from age, it does not allow the secondary M/C to return fully to the rest position, thereby holding the rear brake on slightly...
