I just posted in case anyone was interested, dealers tend to be a bit stingy about test rides as we all know.
I would rent one for a day if I was out west visiting.

I guess I would be OK with $200/day just to try it out but that is pretty rich for a day's rental. You can rent a K1300GT for half of that.
I hope Honda's sense of value doesn't carryover to the sales floor.

True it is a bit steep, but a good way to see if it plays well with you.
auto transmission. hehe well might be worth a look see.

If this was available on the East coast, I would definitely rent one for a day for $200, just to check out the automated manual mode and automatic mode.
