Replacing Swingarm Bearings

The new bearings come with the outer part (race?) and a cap. The bearings themselves came out fine, but how do I remove those parts that are seated within the swingarm?

Well, after jumping thru the Amazon security hoops(I am of questionable character), it just pops me out to the Deutsch main page. A search for 'draw hammer' didn't return what I expected, though I am learning how to draw a hammer.
Any English version of that, perhaps?

Try slide hammer. I found a habor frt. link with that as a search term.
