Lake Patagonia -- I was there on my FJR a few weeks ago (on that weekend when we got all the non-stop rain and some snow flurries). Beautiful place! I can confirm the road is paved all the way in. It is a state park so there will be a small fee if you'd like to stay.
Summerville is also a great idea. If you happen to be anywhere close, this ride up to the top of Mt Lemmon is worth it. Highly recommended.
