I made this tool to relieve the tension of the right side cam chain tensioner. I used the dimensions called out in the service manual but ground the tip of a long standard screwdriver to those dimensions. It worked great, it stayed in the slots and held the tensioner the entire time I had the cams out. After all is said and done I read where people just used a slender standard screwdriver and held it with vice grips. Now that I have done the job I understand how it works and where the tensioner is located, this tool is not a must but it worked real well.
