Sad birthday

I know the ache, Don. I wish it were not so for either of us....

I would like to suggest Follow and No Bull for our thoughts, too. It is just ONE year since they lost their daughter. Their agony is still right near the surface......

I share their pain.

I do celebrate my Sam's life at birthday time.
The day is also the same day my mom passed in '02. No tears there, mom was 93 and had a rich, healthy life.

After I posted this I got a call. The kind of we all dread. My best friend Jimmy was killed while riding on the same day..the 22nd.
Jeff B and a few others here have met Jimmy. He was my brother from a different mother and will also be missed always.

RIP Jimmy, we will ride together again. Then, the ride be perfect..warm and rainfree...The road goes on forever.

Don, Having just reciently loosing my own Daughter......I understand. I wish I didn't, but, there it is.. my thoughts are with you in trying to remember the good times, and overcomming the feeling of loss.

Oh, Don, that's just horrible. There are too many good people on this forum who have had heavy loads to bear of late.
