Sena SR10, AUX power ON/OFF trigger not working (solved)

PTT works nearly instantly on our/her setup...
But after IGN ON we've to wait like 2 minutes till the BT pairing with her headset settles...

Is there a way to reduce the delay when it switches to receive? I miss the first 2-3 seconds.

When I and the group I rode with were using the SR10 the only fix was to do a 3 count when we keyed the walkies before talking so that the receiving units heard all the words.

Which PTT are you using?
I used the plug in AUX PTT connector, but rewired it to a solid, weatherproof button mounted on the handlebar

I'm syncing to either a Cardo PacktalkBold. I listen to music. When a transmission comes in it switches to CB. That takes about 3 seconds. If you leave it on just CB all the time there is no lag. When I press the PTT button I wait until it beeps, then I start speaking. Probably less than 2 seconds.
