You need an intact cluster? If you have an existing one and can swap the lenses:

I saw the ones on eBay. Was hoping to buy from someone on here.
After I posted this I did some googling. I may be able to fix this one. The film over the LCD screen was bubbled. I have some film on order. If it works I'll post a report.

Based on your picture you can swap out the plastic cover. They don't handle years of direct sunlight.
Please do, mine started to bubble last summer, curious how it turns out! I want to swap out the LEDs to white or light blue also. @Chiefpep has a great video on YouTube detailing that.
By coincidence I talked to Scott at Bluegauges.com for a small job last week and he showed me one that had gone bad and how he fixed them. If you want to brighten up the display and/or the backlighting, shoot him an email. He's done a lot of these.
