They can be ordered from any Honda parts supplier such as a dealer or online retailer like Cycle Parts Nation or Ron Ayers. I'd go to my local dealer with an online price and see if they will match it. Support your local dealer.
Left side is part number 17506-MCS-G01 but it's back ordered right now. Stock should replenish into Honda warehouses within 6 weeks.
Right side is p/n 17507-MCS-G01. It is available at present.
Both are about $20-$30 each depending on the source.

On my tank pad, I cut to shape I liked, then used a router table with ¼ round over bit, and rounded the edges
