Ron, your problem is nothing a half pot of cobbler won't fix. Glad you found the problem. Don't go crazy tightening that nut on the throttle shaft either. Not a lot threads to hold when both side of the shaft are ground flat. :

I don't know how to make a half pot. I'ii just make a whole one.
