My Tenth time at this annual event in NZ. 250 Bikes this year turnout get bigger each year. My plan was to ride as near to 2000km,s in the 48 hours as I could ended up 2004km,s on bike speedo .
You could gain points by visiting various checkpoint across the whole of the South Island. You could get anything between 2000-5000 points. My aim was to get 5000pts with the minimum number of checkpoint.
Results out in a Month or so be interesting to see how good or bad my planning was . The theme this year was emergency services .
