TurboCity Left and Right Dash Mounts?

Does anyone know if there is a small left or right dash shelf available, simular to rhe discontinued TurboCity Left and Right Dash Mounts.

I'm looking at getting a new Zumo 665 and am thinking of mounting the GXM 40 antenna on a small dash shelf.
