Two weeks after deer strike.

I'm glad you are ok. My r1100rt feels a lot like driving my ST. Maybe slightly more top heavy but a lot lighter. One of the Ridercoaches I worked with had several encounters with deer strikes. He always said if hitting the deer was imminent then aim dead center.

I wish I could take credit not swerving. He was in front of me so fast I didn't have time to do anything.

I'm thinking that not swerving would be almost impossible if you saw him. Kind of like not flinching when somebody throws a rock at your head.
