Before all the Darkside naysayers start, this was my own fault.
I took a fast left off of a 4 lane onto a road that has a Stop Sign 12 foot in. I did a fast stop and go, dropped into a left turn and accelerated hard. I caught the center line and the back tire jumped sideways on me. Low speed but under hard acceleration, I had a bit of a handfull for a quick second.

I am assuming you stayed up? I have done that did go down with a not so broken in Avon on the V65 Magna. I just picked up a Hankook today and I am looking forward to giving this Darkside thing a try.

I stayed up. Did the dirt track pose but never touched a foot because I stood up on pegs as well. I stayed with half gas and all in less than a second.
Not to claim of a great rider, but I feel good I corrected my own mistake.

yea, but like I said, My Fault. Too big of a hurry and ended up I did not need to be.

I'm disapointed in the width of the darkie, I thought the CT put down a wider patch at full lean.
