I recently acquired this beauty and it has this setup. Other bikes I've had were simple dual shocks with preload adjustment. Can anyone point me towards some good resources on adjusting this kind of suspension, or give me a simple rundown on it?

My shock only has the pre load adjuster, I have no experience setting up your type.

The big red knob is preload, the red and blue nuts likely have high speed and low speed compression adjusters. There is likely a knurled knob on the bottom of the shock to adjust rebound damping. Best get a Wilbers manual.... Google it.
