I wouldn't change sizes by reaming holes. I'd purchase the correct sizes. They come in 6mm, 7mm, and 8mm.
At Bolthardware they come in packages of 10 for about $6 bucks. Much better solution.

I seem to recall some saying Home Depot or Lowes had a version of these that would work. Not the exact ones - as I remember - but maybe better.
drrod, I hope I didn't sound harsh with my reply. I simply threw it out there in hopes that folks wouldn't just decide to start drilling plastic stuff rather than working carefully with the tupperware, as we all know how expensive it can be.When I said "ream the holes" it is only in a couple of cases and even then, it would take a micrometer to measure how much. The most I had to do was pass a drill bit in and out once without turning it. The stock Honda clips still worked fine. But, I agree, exact sizing would be better.

No worries. Not harsh at all. I just wanted to let people know that Lowes had some that work just fine. For some reason, the inspection holes in mine were just a smidgen smaller than all the others on the bike and I had to "enlarge" them a bit. Could have made it work without doing it, but it was a very tight fit and I was concerned about getting them back out.drrod, I hope I didn't sound harsh with my reply. This will also work, and are a great price, however, I believe they are plastic instead of nylon, and they don't hold up as well.My Honda dealer is stocking aftermarket (Show Chrome ??) after market push pin rivets in a 10 pack for $3.99.
Plastic is nylon, nylon is plastic. What should they be made out of?This will also work, and are a great price, however, I believe they are plastic instead of nylon, and they don't hold up as well.
I've found the 8mm push rivots work better on the bottom of the bike as there is no head to break off, or little arms to break.
but at that price, that's a good option.

Not always and yes.Plastic is nylon, nylon is plastic.
Ok I just did a quick search and as of 1 Jan 2018 the B&M reopened under new owners as Cerberus Cycles.
B&M only it looks like for the time being. Nothing but a landing page online. Same store as CST.
A nice ride in decent weather but worth trying other sources. Bolt looks good. For two push-pins I'd pay STealer prices but I doubt that they have them (same type just longer).
