These are Hondis that an ok GL1800 Goldwing rear protection bars fitted on current model Goldwings. Trike converters often sell pairs of them on fleaBay in brand new condition. The bars aren't used after the bike is converted to a trike.
The mounting holes on the GL1800 bars have to be slightly enlarged to take a 10MM bolt and the "U" has to be pulled in slightly to get the holes to line up with the bolt holes on the ST1300 rear passenger peg hanger and subframe behind. Otherwise they simply bolt up. The bend in the shape allows room for the passenger's feet to rest on the pillion pegs. It's almost like they were designed for the ST1300.

Can you tell me how you went about bending the bars?
I found a set on Ebay for 60 dollars is that an ok price.
