If it were mine, with three plugs, I'd be putting a patch on the inside. On my Honda CRV, I just got some new tires and not long after, got a nail in one. I plugged it at home, but called the dealrship about what else I should do. I did have hazard warranty on the tires. When I took it in, they said that all they do is plug it anyway. I wasn't satisfied with that answer, so I took it to an independent place and they put a patch on the inside, didn't even charge me. I couldn't see going another 20-30K miles or more on a plug. BTW, the tires came nitrogen-filled. I was told no problem with just air in the tire for the time being.
