I replaced my Neotec 1 Sena 10U batteries!

Yes, batteries. There is one in the behind-the-neck box and one inside the right speaker. Apparently, the electronics are inside the left speaker, because the only other thing inside the neck box are the USB jack and the charging LED. Let me take a look.

Yep, that's where the brains are. I'm charging it now. Hopefully, it will last longer than ten minutes now.
 
Okay, about two hours later, charged up and paired to my phone.

I can't figure out how to join it with the Sena app, though.
 
I've never had much luck with that Sena app either, thought it was just me (or my helmet) When I plug it into my PC, the Sena device manager won't even sync!

Same here. It says to power off and plug in, then hold the - button, which does nothing with the power off, which automatically happens anyway when you plug in.
 
I re-installed the 10U system in my helmet, and went for a nice ride in the countryside today.

I talked with one of my friends for a half hour. Flawless conversation, he said I was crystal clear.

Older technology still works.

And how old was the 10U before the batteries showed decreased running times?
