Jackets 3/4 Length Mesh Jackets For Baby Water Buffaloes

I doubt if your going to find a 3/4 mesh jacket. I have a Bilt Techno jacket. I normally wear a 2x but I bought a 3x. It's a bit large but I can layer when it's cold. Being oversized it's longer. If there is a Cycle Gear near you go, try one on. If they don't have the size you can order it, ship to store and if you don't like it no money lost or order next size up. :thumb: Sizes to 5x.

I found this after a little more research , might be another option

I know but the Tourmaster Sonora Air was 3/4 mesh which is what I liked.
And Firstgear also made some 3/4 mesh jackets.
They are out there but the issue is the sizes currently available.
And trousers are whole 'nother kettle of fish ... ;)

That was the ticket.
I was looking for high-vis but they were out of stock on them.
But they did have plain black in 4XL which is the Tourmaster size I had.
I had looked at them previously but they were out of stock in 4XL.
Thank you very much!
Now to try to find some trousers ... ;)

I checked that when I was looking at the jacket but they didn't have them in stock in my size.
That is what is usually the problem - they 'make' them in my size but they just don't stock them! ;)
That's why I ordered two of the jackets while they had them - when they run out of that size that's usually the end of it.
I found a NOS pair of FirstGear mesh pants on EBay like I've had before so they will work.
They're one size smaller but they have adjustable waist bands so I should be fine.

UP.
I still have the Tourmaster if cant something. Its pretty well ventilated.
I appreciate it but I just bought two Tourmaster Ridgecrest mesh jackets.
We'll see how they work out.
I bought two because I never know if they will stock my 'size' the next time I need one! ;)

Does insurance cover damaged riding gear?

Depends on the company. My Progressive policy covered riding gear up to a certain limit. Schuberth helmets offers a discount if you damage the hat in an accident. IIRC the replacement would cost you 2/3 of the retail price.

My accident with a truck from last week involved Progressive Insurance on both sides ---the vehicle that hit me was insured through Progressive and that's my own company too.

GEAR : The only part of my gear that's riding related that was damaged was my helmet. It took such an impact, w/ visible dent, that it cannot be counted on again, so the Progressive property damage adjuster said that she will get me $200 that I can use to buy an equivalent new helmet (even though the one I was wearing might not have cost that much when new, and it was at least 12 years old anyway.)
