It'll be fine. If my ST1100 can do 500k miles after being stood and wrote off, you'll be ok.
PS ST1100 rider in NW UK
 
Suspect ST1300AP. If it is will have a metal cased ECU instead of normal plastic one and a calibration sticker on Speedo which has marks at 2mph increments instead of normal 5 mph

Service etc as per normal ST1300A.
