Oh that's awesome thank you, there is a one and a 1/2 inch riser on there now, but it doesn't have any rear offset. It must have been a really old bar riser. Prior to 2010I do know for a fact, because the guy I bought it from it was on there when he bought it. I don't know who made it, but it just it is an inch and a 1/2 tall, so I'm assuming the Healy bar tour pro would be a significant Upgrade??Yes, they can.
