We'll need a ridding report in a few months.
Hopefully Guzzi got some stuff sorted out after it had been in the 'wild' for a little while.501 miles, so far so good. More important is I'm smiling ear to ear riding it. Right out of the box this bike feels better than the '23 did. Little things like the cruise control switch seem to work better too.
Guzzi does have a very dedicated following with most of them enjoying working on bikes (debugging). A portion of the old red suspender (dedicated tightwads) group won't have anything to do with water cooled bikes. Another sub group hates fuel injection bikes. Both groups are slowly aging out of participation. If you don't have access to the group knowledge or a quality dealer, you could be in for a very dissatisfying experience if you get a less than well manufactured bike.Hopefully Guzzi got some stuff sorted out after it had been in the 'wild' for a little while.
Sort of like Microsoft and software - they let the customer 'debug' it for them ...
It seems that all brands have challenges and just because they have dealer in your area does not mean they do good work. I like Yamaha but the local dealer about chased me out of the brand. You pay your money and you take your chances.
Some lessons can be learned more than once while still enjoying them."If you don't have access to the group knowledge or a quality dealer, you could be in for a very dissatisfying experience if you get a less than well manufactured bike."

They work. All it takes is a cold or hot day to notice the difference.I went ahead and did a little reading on the MG website- those automated air deflectors are an interesting touch- do you note reduced aiflow with them opened to the sides (I assume that’s whaat they do)? Otherwise, it looks like a really nice all around type of bike. Add the bags you have and it’s a full tour bike. Plus, it looks great, modern but nostalgic I guess?
Past the 1000 mile mark. This bike is NICE!
