If you wanted a small bike, what would it be?

My NC700 went to Labrador (barely, before I turned back with electrical issues)...

I had a TU250 and yeah, it was a lot of fun.

I bought it to teach my daughter and partner how to ride. When they lost interest/time I kept it for a little while, but it was just too underpowered to enjoy for anything but very local rides and I wanted to venture further.

Having said that, I did ride it home from the dealer 20 miles on the interstate. It will do 70, but it takes a long time to get from 60 to 70.

Heidenau K60 Scouts. I put them on just for this trip. The rear is a 150/70-17 and the front size is no longer made. I think it was 110/80-17.
They are not nice in the wet. I slid out boarding a ferry in the rain on wet diamond plate. Bang - zoom!

Wilkes Barre. Leaving from WI means I'll be crossing most of the State. Think there is a Moto Guzzi Rally near State College I may check out on Saturday afternoon.

Are you going to be in PA?
 
I think I'm probably gonna go look at and [if I see one] buy the Suzuki DR650SE even if it's already drive by wire; I drove my friend's MT09 after he had it reflashed and I didn't notice the DBW to be too much a PITA once over 2,000
It was pretty awesome this latest trip I really enjoyed the bike and everything about it, you have to ask yourself sometimes; am I changing or is the bike,
My old XL600 days are numbered; at some point I may not be able to keep it together, can't find a decent tail pipe and various parts now so I don't want to thrash the snot out of it like I did last year, everything must be kept in running order
Much as I like the KLR equivalent, what can I say...
It all started... when, well, I was a child...
I never had a Suzuki...
My parents... zzz...
 
Well.. small bikes? Ok, a Yamaha R3 and Suzuki DR-Z4SM and a Honda CRF300L... Yeap, that outta do it...
 
Small bikes. CRF 250L .I'm happy with it. Hasen't missed a beat. Nice in town and gets to go places ST dosen't .
