Good morning creepies... ;)
have a ghoulish day... šŸ‘» :coffee:

-1°/13°C @ 94% RH, but clear sunny skies... šŸŒ…
lawn, leaves on the trees and pretty much all surfaces were covered with frost...

ze GF dug out her winter gloves to bravely weathering it off on her NT... šŸļø
me, on my second cup... :coffee: ;)

Will use the ST later though, some errants and an appointment at the quack...
(currently no use attempting to cross over to my side of the city; bridge and all roadways leading to it are gridlocked...
its a "false Monday" after a long weekend, thus a massive traffic volume...)

we spent yesterday at the shed, cleaning up, sorting things, loading packing-material for eBay shipments... šŸ“¦
besides earning some founds will this free storage space and help bringing order into my stock...

The unemployment office is granting my benefits, supporting me for at least a year!! 😲
And taking fuel consumption + wear and tear on the vehicles for getting from<>to any workplace into account,
I might actually be left with more šŸ’µ at hand as while maintaining an actual job... šŸ¤”
However has the previous employer still not coughed up the outstanding salary, leaving me in debts...

have a good day, and stay frosty... šŸ˜Ž

Thx Martin, ghoulish it is!
Glad you get some income again….maybe your tide is turning.
Well, I know there’s no tide in Austria, but you know what I Idi Amin.

Remnants of storm Josephine brings us 50 mph wind from south, and heavy rain.
13˚c/55f.

No plans, but I should rearrange the garage a bit…but I’m not quite ready to put my ST to hibernation yet.
And I should tighten up the moring lines on the boat.

Have a calm one!
Stu

Good morning, all. Thanks for the start, Martin.

I guess the full moon is the reason I can’t get back to sleep. Last month’s full moon was the same. Maybe I need to start sleeping in my tin foil hat.

Weather? Whatever I said the past week, still holds true. 45/75, sunny. The forecast said that Sunday would be a good day for rain. Wasn’t a prediction, just a thought that it would be nice.

Getting up before daylight, is always something I’ve enjoyed…..except when it involves haveing to do something or go somewhere. Until the end of the year, I have a M-F, 7:15 appointment in the toaster oven. Oh, well. The treatment isn’t so bad and they play some nice R&B music while I’m baking.

Good morning everyone

Thanks for the ghoulish start, Martin.

It's 47°F and clear in Rockville now, two hours or so before sunrise. Once that's happened we'll warm to about 69 under what will once again be cloudless autumn skies. Yesterday's goof outing revealed what I like most about autumn weather: faultless blue sky nearly the color of a high-quality sapphire, above and behind a backdrop of brightly-colored trees.

I was interested to note that there's a distinct color difference between the leaves on the south sides of the trees and those on the north. The southern ones are far more colorful, and presumably a day or two ahead or their Yankee counterparts in the color change process. You can see that very clearly in the second photo.

I guess the full moon is the reason I can’t get back to sleep. Last month’s full moon was the same.

Perhaps that's your inner werewolf stirring?

Haven't said so before, much to my shame, but I wish you a full and speedy recovery. Here's hoping the treatments don't get any more onerous.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Morning all, and thanks for the startup, Martin.

Frosty here too, with the ride in at 2C under an almost full moon. Once the sun rises, it's supposed to cloud over and "warm" up to +7.

Here, Fall colors vary widely. Some trees are still green, some bare, with the rest at various levels of brilliant or muted colors and nakedness.

Hope everyone has a good day.

Obo.

Good morning, and thanks for the coffee start, Martin.
Nice to have some income coming in again, isn't it?
Hopefully, your former employer will cough up some dough.

It's clear and 37, with a hint of pink on the horizon. The temperature will rise to 56 and the sky will remain clear.

I got off to a late start, yesterday, but made it to the gym. I got out around 1:00, and since the town's mulch area closes at 2:30, I decided that my mulch could stay in my yard for another day or so.
We did an early linner, since I hadn't had more than a muffin for breakfast.
I decided to replace the VFR's battery, so headed out to Interstate Battery. They didn't have a replacement in stock, but they'll call me when it arrives there, today.

Today, I'll head over to the barber, the gym, and then pick up the new battery for the VFR. I'll install the battery, and see if the bike starts.
That's the plan, anyway
Brenda will go bowling, this evening, so we'll look through our 'Fridge for some leftovers.

Enjoy the day,
Steve

Thanks for the coffee Martin.
Reminding me I can't dawdle here, because the office coffee beans are all ground up and consumed with appropriate amounts of hot water. Kaiser and I will find more beans at the grocery store on the way to work.
Only 15 more questions to answer for my pre-course RiderCoach prep.
Meanwhile, more radio talk of rain for Saturday and Sunday.
Glad you're seeing some more Euros, Martin. Having more money is rarely a bad thing.
Hopefully John's treatments will prove positive, also. I agree, that the process adds major travel inconvenience adds insult to the discomfort injury.
Keith's goofy photos remind me we only have two or three days of fall color change, then we have... nah.
I'm not going to say winter.
I'm glad to hear your boat is still floating, Stu. May it continue.
Seems Obo has recovered from his marathon driving weekend.
And a new battery should be a good start (!) for Steve to get that Viffer running again. Always wanted to ride one of those.
I trust everyone else can find some good news to share today.
It's cold down here in the Southland, BINC.
Let's hook up the trailer, and get going.
Coffee beans first.
Don't forget the beans...
