I have a Nelson Riggs econo cover,, It's an XL and fits my ST13 with the Honda box on the back and side cases too!

The largest motrax cover will fit a 1300 no problems, although if you have a top box it will sit a few inches from the ground.. The largest Held cover will fit a wing. I got both mine from www.forthgear.co.uk

My half cover is on the wing and the wing's full cover fits the ST nicely.

Yes, the large it is. (just been into the loft to check!) That cover has a heat resistant area for over the exhaust, so you can put the bike away hot. I'd suggest retracting the windscreen when you park just so you don't stress the screen mechanism.
