Well, at least they openly announce it...

Had a chat with my Toyota mech, who frequently had to send in fuel samples after warranty issues...
Turned out you might unknowingly get anything up to E25 sold over here... despite the E10 labels...
The only chance to minimize the risk is to always select premium, where they cannot go over E5... hopefully...

Thanks for the heads up UP. Our Buccees has regular, midgrade, and premium 10% alcohol. Also 86 and 91 alcohol free. Filled up there yesterday and regular was 2.39 and 91 alcohol free was 3.50.

Don't count on it if the clerk on Kentucky/Tennessee border was telling the truth (that's sort of in the South).
They were one of the first ones to 'get the memo' according to him. ;)
Maybe he was lying or didn't know (I did ask him) - one thing for sure time will tell and you might ought to be aware of it.
It's 'interesting' when you are bit low on fuel and your only safe choice is a $1 more a gallon.
It may depend on how many pump nozzles they have at each pump station.
Most only have 3 and diesel and sometimes not diesel.
