      Start with a City beginning with A
    1. This is BY STATE
    2. Similar to the Tag contest, there will be one thread per state
    3. Post a picture of your bike AND some sign, building etc which clearly shows the city/state you're in
    4. The next person posts from a city with the name beginning with B, then C, D, etc
    5. You can't posts back-to-back pics, you have to wait for a person to post the next city
    6. Once Z is reached, the game starts over with A
    7. If your state doesn't have a city beginning with the next letter in sequence, it's okay to skip that letter
    8. If the location sits for more than one month, the person that posted that is open to move it to the next letter.Previously Rule 8
    9. For some States there are tough letters to find such as Q, W, X, Y, Z - in those cases it is acceptable to find anything with those letters in the name to keep the game moving.

    The World Wide game is a bit different as it is by whatever is considered a geographic type of regional category, state/province/village etc. and all those will be in the single World Wide A-Z topic.

Tucker GA.
A small city that is really indistinguishable from Atlanta these days, but technically it is its own municipality

That's as good or better than anything I could get here in Atlanta-- I'd be limited to the name of a business that starts with "XXX" has brass poles on the inside.
 
Y = Young Harris, GA.
Rode there today.
Came home on those twisty Appalachian Mountain roads, with a bunch of curves marked
15 MPH and 25 MPH, after dark.

This town is up in the North Georgia mountains, close to the North Carolina border.

This City municipal building does not have a sign out front --except that little white and green sign that says this parking is for Young Harris city business only.

I also found one of the City's trucks parked on the back side.

Back to the Zā€™s.

Weā€™ve had Ziegerville and Zionville in 2021,
Zanesfield, Ohio in 2022,
Zion Grove and
Lay-Z-Boy furniture store in 2024.

Now letā€™s start 2026 with a photo I took yesterday in Zebulon Georgia,
about an hour south of Atlanta.

Itā€™s been over a month.
Time for an ā€œA.ā€

Now, on the way home from Zebulon I passed through both Atlanta and 15 miles further north Alpharetta, but I was not in any mood to stop and take pictures, and it was after dark anyway.

So this photo, actually taken last summer, is from the small town of ALTO, Georgia.

(PS: Alto is a tiny little town known for only one thing: home to of a womenā€™s prison. I went through that town on a motorcycle made for two and a pocket full of $20 bills, because I just hit the ATM, and would you believe I still rode out of that town all alone? šŸ˜‰šŸ¤Ø)

Oh, I suppose the fact that hitchhiking anywhere near a state prison is illegal, and there were cops all over the place, might have something to do with thatā€¦)IMG_0783.jpeg
