Quite a bargain. You'll never see one at this price again. I have the same on my 1300, works great for me.
 
If you still have the seat could you please tell me a little more about it? For example, the approximate inseam height of it when on the bike? Maybe some pics of the damaged areas from a little further away. Thanks.
