Check the kill switch? Dumb mistake I've made.

Won't crank with the kill switch circuit open. I have had one fail on a Yamaha and the $2 switch was part of a $128 "assembly" so I jumped around the kill switch and noted it in the owner's manual and informed the gentleman who bought the bike that the kill switch was inoperative. Thanks for the suggestion -

i have one available . was bought on here from a wrecked bike and was told it was good .

I appreciate the offer. Thankfully once the wiring harness issue was resolved the original ECM was working fine.
