2026 Triumph Daytona 660 in Sapphire Black
Triumph wraps up its new- and updated-bike announcements for 2026 with a 29th bike, the updated Triumph Daytona 660, which features new suspension adjustment, grippier tires, and more tech.

The Daytona 660 was introduced for 2024 as a middleweight sportbike powered by the same 660 Triple as the Trident 660 roadster and Tiger Sport 660 adventure sport-tourer. Since then, the bike has seen success in Italian and German sportbike racing, as well as the U.K.’s Pirelli National Sportbike Championship.

When the Daytona 660 debuted, it featured a nonadjustable fork, which Triumph said was to keep the price of the bike down for customers. The 2026 version is upgraded with a 41mm inverted Showa Separate Function Fork that is adjustable for compression and rebound damping. The Showa monoshock with preload adjustment returns.

Previously available as an accessory, the Daytona 660 will now come standard with Triumph Shift Assist, which is an up/down quickshifter. Replacing the previous Michelin Power 6 tires will be grippier Metzeler M9RR Supersport tires wrapped around the bike’s 17-inch cast-aluminum wheels. Also new is an aluminum brake pedal with a clear anodized finish.
Everything else returns from the previous Daytona 660, including the bike’s liquid-cooled 660cc inline-Triple with DOHC, 4 valves per cylinder, and 240-degree firing order. The Triple makes a claimed 94 hp at 11,250 rpm and torque of 51 lb-ft at 8,250 rpm, and redline is a 12,650 rpm. It features a 6-speed gearbox, throttle-by-wire, a slip/assist clutch, and a 3-into-1 exhaust.

Ride modes include Sport, Road, and Rain, and ABS and switchable traction control are included. Riders can access these rider aids through the TFT and LCD screens, and My Triumph Connectivity is available as an accessory. The bike features full LED lighting.
Stopping power comes from Triumph-branded 4-piston radial front calipers pinching 310mm discs, as well as braided brake lines. Seat height is 31.9 inches, and an accessory low seat reduces height to 30.9 inches. There are more than 30 Triumph accessories for this bike, including items in the protection, comfort, tech, and style categories.

For 2026, the Daytona 660 gets some new color options. Sapphire Black is the standard option, and the two premium options are Aluminum Silver and Sapphire Black or Cosmic Yellow and Sapphire Black. The 2026 Triumph Daytona 660 has a starting MSRP of $9,395.
