All,

I just received my 7Jurock windshield today and I must say I'm impressed. I ordered it at http://www.7jurock.com/store/index.php. I ordered mine +2 " taller and +2" wider then the stocker shield, with a grey tint. It takes about a week to ship due to they custom make the shield to your requested specs. Upon first inspection, I noticed this shield is a little thicker than the stock shield. After a over laying comparison, the 7Jurock has more of a curve and a slight up sweep at the top of the shield. The material used appears more rigid than the stock shield. I can get a little flex from the stock shield by hand, the 7Jurock doesn't budge.

Installation was a perfect fit and factory recommend tightening is 30 Inch lbs.. Attached is the site photo, I haven't road my ST1300 yet with the shield but will tomorrow and give an update. The last couple of days I've been riding my ST to work (65 miles one way) with the stock shield in various height settings with cruise speeds between 75-90MPH , to thick traffic barely moving. I will update and review as I test the shield.

enjoy

Sure looks alot like a Cleaveiw , more choices mean hopefully better prices ! I need a new shield too.

During my search for a new shield for mostly 2 up cruising , they had the best prices .. Thats how they got my business , we'll see if it was a good decision... Anyway the stock has been designated to be custom cut down and tinted :).

Ok , I got to give the 7Jurock windshield a interstate test ride. Lets start by saying its a keeper. I cruised at 90MPH testing the different heights for about 15+ miles, clean air was smooth. At full height I'm actually looking through the windshield, and the front end shake was just slight. Nothing compared to the STocker. I pulled behind a tractor/trailer running 75-80ish and even dirty air was a great improvement. I also run a Givi E460, which based on some of the post here may be a contributing factor in the shake/wobble. An added plus is in the day light the gray tint looks good on the digital metallic silver. I'm sure it will compliment black/red/blue or white very well. So if your looking for a good replacement shield at a fair price, check them out. :07biker:

I'd like to know what the backpressure is like...I don't see any venting in the shield. Great price though and the shape is nice.

I put on my new 7Jurock windshild that I purchased from this post.
It is 3" taller and 2" wider, i simply love it. Lets me do what ever I want.
Rode it in 50 mph winds and although not fun it did not cause a problem.
Lets me look through when I want, great protection. It is thicker and better then stock. I would recommend.
