Ordered a couple of the aluminum 83 degree 11.3 mm valve stem sets from Kurvygurl.com. Service was really great, ordered Thursday, arrived Monday. Shipping was only $2.46 .

One set is for me, the other set for my sons FIL Jimmy who also rides an ST 1300. My question is, Jimmy currently runs those caps on his valve stems that show green when tire pressure is correct, and red if it drops a couple pounds. Will he still be able to run those caps on the 83 degree stems?

That's why I was thinking too, but worried about the weight and centrifugal force.

They're pretty hefty stems they should be fine, if anything I'd worry about the indicating caps defeating the valve core.
(not sure how big an issue that is)

+1 on the above. Now, if he had those TPMS sensors on there, I might think twice.....

Just received my 83 degree aluminum stem valve fron kurveygirl, in Texas.

I first looked at other on-line places... but, I like those ones.
I hesitated a bit last year since they are $29 US (for two stem valve) plus 16 US for shipping to canada... But oh well... this will last for years. And I need a treat. Go for it.

Great following via email to tell order was received, item getting ready to be shipped,
was shipped, and even a last mail to tell me it was just delivered, few minutes ago. I went to my mailbox and sure enough, they were there. Wow. That is service.

Ordered them on monday, and by friday they were here, in Canada. It usually takes much more time when I order stuff from the states, I mean, via US Postage Services.

And look at that : they even included some locktite for the treads, and some stickers for the toolbox. Cool !
