We just returned from our family vacation visit to Sedona. There are a few routes I'd like to ride by bike someday. One is 285 from Denver, CO to 160 through Durango and Cortez to the 4 Corners. Especially between Denver and Durango.
Another route that looks a lot of fun but not as long is 89A between Flagstaff and Sedona in Arizona. Especially this one section.

Elevation change from Oak Creek Vista to the Sterling Springs Fish Hatchery is 1037 ft. There are rails on outside of much of it but still...
20 mph recommended for many of these turns. It was fun in a family bus (Ford Transit passenger van).
