Does anyone have experience with Admore's LED46-T-TS lighting kit for the Givi V46 topcase? Installation and operation? Can it be purchased in Canada?

I used it on mine. Bought it thru www.pac-one.com. You might email him first to see if he'll send it thru USPS first before ordering it, rather than having him send it via UPS.

It isn't all that hard to install... and it makes a huge difference.

Thanks, still waiting for my Givi rack to come in on back order. Didn't realize Admore was in Calgary. Bought the brake and turn signal kit. Now to figure out which wires to tap into.

The kit comes with quick connectors which work well to tap into the wires under the seat, The five wire harness from Admore connected to the following colored wires on my '07:

Harness color Blue to tail light wire Blue/Brown
Harness color Red to brake light wire Green/Yellow
Harness color Green to Right turn signal wire Light Blue
Harness color Yellow to Left turn signal wire Orange
Harness color to Ground

Good luck and Enjoy!

I mounted Hyperlites and a Whelen brake/tail/turn light bar under my Givi baseplate so that I would still have extra lighting when I'm not using my topbox.

No such animal exists.

Wiring the Admore kits to the 1300 is a snap. All you need to do is remove the rear fender and you've got easy access to the brake and turn signal lines. Snake the wire from the kit down there, attach a few Posi-Taps and you're done.

This may or may not help anyone, all of the wires for the turn signals and tail/brake lamps can also be accessed under the pillion seat, right around the area where the red diagnostic plug can be found. They will be covered in black tape wrap, but they still should be easy to find.

I considered that when I was installing mine and decided to go the fender route since it gets the taps and so forth out of what's already a pretty cramped space.

We just added this lighting kit to our "new to us" 2005 ST1300 and this was the most helpful post out here. Thank you for making the install that much easier :)

Hi,I just ordered the admore lighting kit to fit to my new givi maxia tech topbox, one question, when you have it wired up can you still easily remove the topbox or is there a connection to seperate? thanks

I've had it on my E52 since I bought it. Great investment in visibility! Don't rush cutting out the panels on the Givi though...

They supply cables with connectors and a drill bit that's the right size for the top box side. I installed a different type of connector because I wanted to bring 12V into the top box along with the lighting wiring. Trekker Dave had some difficulties with his, and if I remember correctly, it was that Admore's connector went flaky.

Thanks Mark,
I just wondered because I have seen the givi connection for their kit,it has 3 contact points on the base of the box and on the rack, just wondered if the admore kit used a similar system.
I'll have it next week hopefully so I'll see then what the story is.

I just ordered a lighting setup for my V46 in beginning of Oct. I found out from Admore that they are getting better brighter LEDs on the 22 of Oct. and are delaying sh ipment until they arrive. I put their 10 in light bar on the rear of my sidecar last spring and have been happy with it. Looking forward to the same with the V46 lighting.
Yes they are built here in CALGARY. oWNER SEEMS GREAT FROM HIS EMAILS. tHEY DO SALES OVER THE INTERNET.
