Annette's father, Larry Hoffman, passed away Sunday morning after a battle with Parkinsons disease. Many of you that have attended OH-STOC took time to get to know Larry a bit. He always looked forward to being there and sharing stories, cigars and a nip of Fireball!
A truck driver for nearly 50 years, he shared so many stories of his life on the road. He hauled everything from livestock to asphalt tar. He was a walking GPS, (we nicknamed him Larryquest!) and sometimes gave his route times in the number of cigars he smoked to complete a "turn".
I'll miss his ornery grin and banter.
Drive on to the setting sun Larry....
