Any changes/upgrades to your bike this winter?

Maybe a new windshield on my 1100. Currently have a 20" and it doesn't take the wind over my head with 2" risers. I added a Givi deflector but it's in my line of vision. On sunny days I can be looking through five layers of plastic. Polaroid sunglasses, smoked visor, clear shield, windshield and Givi deflector. Not ideal.
 
I want to remove the rear shock and get a heavier spring installed. So far, it seems two up touring is a bit beyond it's capabilities on rough roads.
 
After a constant 6 - 7 years of refreshing, bling outs, upgrading, wrenching, rebuilding, polishing, chroming on my bikes, oddly I have nothing left to do, bikes are done! (Yay!)
