Good morning everyone

If your name is caesar, you may want to take a me day and skip the regular agenda. Don't ask me why, you just might want to. Trust me.

There's coffee for everyone, Caesar or not. It's Kicking Horse medium roast and it's mighty tasty.

In Rockville where I live it's 43°F and partly cloudy- entirely apt for the time of year. A high of 58 will make it feel fairly mils later on. There's a chance of rain but not until 2300 hours so don't cancel your picnic or car wash plans because of it.

I'll head around the Beltway to Hyattsville this afternoon, to join a monthly ukulele group that meets there. The group is named in honor of Archie Edwards, a regional blues musician, and meets in what used to be his (I think) barber shop.

@steve3b3 how many cat noses could you count today?

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

We still have three in the house.
We still have one under the roll-out closet. The contractor got it into that nook, but I can't figure out how. If I could, we'd have a third cat in the spare room by now. We tried various loops and things to try to snag her and pull her out, but nothing worked.

I/we decided not to terrorize her further, and left her be. I went to the pet supply store and bought some calming spray for a blanket that we left with her. Brenda and I put food, water and litter in the bathroom for her, and left her overnight.

I woke aroud 4:45 and couldn't get back to sleep, thinking about her.

Oh, and thanks for the coffee, Keith.

It's 29, rising to 44 today, and it's supposed to be generally cloudy.
I was going to take a break from our Cat-astrophy and walk with the neighbors dog, yesterday, but the on and off showers and even a bit of snow, mixed with the wind nixed that idea.
We'll see what today brings.

Regards,
Steve

Thx Keith!
Not a total me-day, but it will do.

A beach walk in a bit.
Then to tend Peters birthday party, he’s turning six today.
Looking forward to meet my son in laws family, nice people, no shouting or bragging.

Yesterday after dinner, we went to the local beach to watch the sunset, very beautiful but cold.

6˚c/43f, 25mph wind from south, overcast, rain later.

Have a good one, and eat your salad Ceasar!

Good morning, everyone. Thanks for the hot start this morning, Keith.

As soon as it gets light out, I need to go out and batten down the hatches. Around noon, wind will be 25 MPH, with gusts to 50 as the approaching cold front moves in. Today is 53/73, but late tonight will be 26. There goes the blooms on the Redbud trees and my lone peach tree.

I’m beginning to think that I liked it better, before the time change. Having to stay up, until it gets dark enough for bed kinda sux.

Good morning all!
Thanks for the hot coffee, Keith!
It’s a nice morning here, 71F/22C, today’s high 88/28 apparently there is a thunderstorm in the works for later this afternoon.
I’m working on packing up & putting stuff away for my Tuesday departure.
The boat is now in storage.
Hopefully, after our ice cream sundae event this afternoon, I’ll install the window shutters (provided the rain is finished)
The car can wait until tomorrow to be loaded up.
I’ll touch base as I meander north.
Enjoy your day!

Good morning, all, and thanks for the coffee, Keith! It has quite a jab to it...kind of sticks with you.

It is currently cloudy and -9°C/16°F and we'll eventually see a high of -1°C/30°F with a feels-like of -6°C/21°F. We'll get some sunny breaks for a while but then the clouds roll back in and it will snow (again) from around 3 to around 8 p.m. As the forecast stands right now, the flakes will keep falling, on and off, right up to the end of the month. Sigh. Typical March.

I have some things to attend to today and I got a late/lazy start, so I'd best get cracking. Everybody have a good one, stay safe and go safely
@Whisker Bill: Safe travels, Brian!

Morning all, and thanks for the coffee Keith.

Steve, the kitties will come about. It's a brave new world for them.

Stu, 6 already? Wow. I still remember your post about little Peter's birth and your request for prayers for his well being.

-2 and mostly sunny here, headed to 2 and sunny this afternoon. It snowed overnight and the plow woke me around 6:30. No snow blowing required, which is god as I threw my back out last evening.... walking in the grocery store. Sheesh, I thought the only thing I needed to worry about there was the price of food.

Today was supposed to be more back splash tiling in the kitchen, but the back has said no to that. Think it will be a lazy day.

Hope everyone has a great one!

Obo.

Morning Keith & All from sunny, Southern Utah!

Currently it is 37F and heading for 56F. The winds are already blowing from the NNE @ 10 to 11mph. Later, they will be 14 to 25mph.

According to the weather Guessers, today will be it for the 50Fs, as we head for 90F by Thursday. The next time we see anything below 60F, is scheduled for April 1st! Also, it looks like we might hit just below freezing, but after tonight, it looks like we're done with that too. Time will tell!

We are expecting our son and granddaughter from Montana later today. They'll be here for a day or so, then head out to the CA desert for some really hot temperatures.

I wasn't feeling too good yesterday, so I took it pretty easy and got nothing but some weed killing done.

Once Chris wakes, we'll have some boiled eggs for breakfast. Pepsi(s) on the menu for later. And of course our late church schedule.

Anyone :wht13: , have a great day on the roads! :hat3:
