I think it will sell well since the cruiser market is massive. I also like the look, to me is still looks retro and German.

....It took me years to buy a VStrom, now I've had 3 of 'em. Sometimes ya just gotta' ease into the ugly ones! lol
Sometimes talents and qualities are hidden, and it takes a wiser man to appreciate, discover, and develop those attributes!!!

I used to see one just like this, parked on a guy's frt porch. Always wondered how anyone could willingly swing a leg over such an ugly bike, and why he didn't hide it in his barn.. I had dry heaves everytime I passed the damn thing. Maybe he left it on the porch hoping it would be stolen? Good luck with that!240235
I always liked this bike as well something about it always caught my eye.

Trying to remember the last cruiser pirate vest I saw that had a BMW patch across the back.......

I doubt it will sell well. Do they still make the Porsche version Harley?

The V-Rod (VRSC 2001-2017) was not in Harley’s 2018 line-up. I will bet you a month of Subways that the 1800 Boxer Cruiser never was intended for production and never will be marketed. The K1600 Bagger is already selling well to cruiser pirates.

“Sales of the six-cylinder K models are also developing very positively. In its second year of sales, above all the K 1600 Bagger, which is tailored especially to the US market, is proof of the unbroken trend towards large-capacity touring bikes. Timo Resch, BMW Motorrad Head of Sales and Marketing, said, “With 8,306 units sold and a 25 percent increase in sales, our six-cylinder models are among the big winners of 2018 again.”

I'm sorry that looks like a bike to carry an engine better suited to a car rather than an engine to carry a bike. I have nothing against cruisers. I think the Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager is a great example of a cruiser you can ride all day .
