Big Boy - schedule

This is definitely worth a look for those interested. The last fully operational Big Boy steam locomotive is touring across the USA. I saw this a couple of years ago in Arizona - It is one huge chunk of iron at 1,200,000 lbs.

I looked for the dates, times, and route in PA closest to my friend in Glen Rock.

It looks like Harrisburg, late on July 7. That sounds like a nice day trip.

Back in October 2019, my High School Class had a mini reunion at Calico Ghost Town in CA. While there, we heard that 4014 was going thru Daggett, less than 10 miles away.
