Helmets Caberg & Autocom

Does anyone have the Caberg with an Autocom Headset fitted, I am concerned that the boom mic may interfere with the chin guard when it slides back down into position.

Alos can you hear what is said on the headset?

Thanks Sherob, brilliant review for Autocom, mind made up. buying a Caberg, already have the Autocom Pro7 on the bike, only had bike for 24rs.

Soooo excited to get out and about this summer.
 
I have used a MIT-100 with my Caberg Justissimo, and it is a little bit of a tight fit, but then the helmet is a snug fit even without it. My biggest complaint was how tight the speakers felt against my ears. I would love to find a way to use my Smokin' Earbuds with the MIT. I love those things.

Anyway, with a modular, you have to use a mic boom, and I found mine to be fine in my Caberg. It fit nicely between my mouth and my chin, and seems to have worked fine.

I have just found out that Caberg have released the justissimo GT, this has a recess for the speakers.
 
I took a small knive to the area where the mic sits (about the size of a quarter) to give me just a wee bit more lip room.
