Im finna change my oil to the Delo stuff but all I'm finding is the 400 SDE. is there much of a difference over the 400LE?

I'm so bored at work today.. there is quite a bit of difference between se and sde .. the older version, se has a bit of moly in it. But there is a lot of differences, when your talking parts per million it may be small.
