Good question Ted. The rally ended up having bonuses in states adjacent to Texas as well as states north of Texas all the way up to the Canadian border. The theme was cattle drives, thus the additional states. These were all the bonuses...How is Altus in the Heart of Texas????
Is this just for motorcycles? Or can 3-wheel trikes and Can-Ams participate? It's starting to cool down, so we'll start this little game up again. Same rules as before... just post the lowest temp you've ridden in for more than 15 miles for the 2020-2021 winter. Extra details would be nice, but not required, i.e. gear worn, where you went, etc. We're on the Honor System, so no wind chill, no handicap and no participation trophies! Don't hesitate to correct me if I miss someone or make a mistake. I'll update this first post with the names and temps of the top 10, as they are generated. I'll start so I get to be first for at least a little while.

Can be 4 wheels convertible too RayIs this just for motorcycles? Or can 3-wheel trikes and Can-Ams participate?
I think 3 wheelers should be included... they generally have the same exposed weather experience as a 2 wheeler. Is this just for motorcycles? Or can 3-wheel trikes and Can-Ams participate?
No convertibles Tip!Can be 4 wheels convertible too Ray
Sounds more interesting than Altus...
Yes, but the 3 wheelers have one very important advantage: stability on icy roads.I think 3 wheelers should be included... they generally have the same exposed weather experience as a 2 wheeler.
Good point Ray, although no one has entered with a 3 wheeler yet. We'll see how it goes.Yes, but the 3 wheelers have one very important advantage: stability on icy roads.
Your turn.(and thanks for passing me again on the mileage tracker lol)
For me to ride at temps under 35 degrees F, I would require 3 or 4 wheels to help with any black ice that I might encounter.Good point Ray, although no one has entered with a 3 wheeler yet. We'll see how it goes.
Yeah, if there's any chance of ice, I don't ride. One of the guys in the Heart of Texas rally hit some black ice in Wyoming... he was OK, his bike not so much... it hit something and put a hole in the motor. For me to ride at temps under 35 degrees F, I would require 3 or 4 wheels to help with any black ice that I might encounter.
