Coolant Leak right in the middle of my ST1100

This is so great. I have 2 magnetic trays and I don't know why the top screw was in the tray, and the lower one was missing, but it just seems this 72 year old brain also needs replacing. The 2 clamps I had to spend 30 dollars to replace because I couldn't locate them? Well I found the two clamps magnetically attached on the bottom of one of the trays. Was hoping he missing screw was maybe attached there also, but it wasn't.

Went to Honda Parts dept, and of course they would have to order it, so I told them no thank you, going to True Value.

Got the carbs back on but was worried that insulators weren't installed correctly on both ends. So with the gas tank back in place and connected, I started her up. Battery was dead after 6 months, so jump started it, and it's running rough, which I assume is due to one or more of the insulators sucking air. Also, it never leaked oil before, but some leaked from the right side, and seems like from the valve cover area.

Put new valve gasket on right side as was getting smoke from oil burning on exhaust pipe. Seems to be fine now. About to put it together and stopped because I can't remember where I mount the horn back as it is just hanging there. Where do I bolt it on?
