Yes and that's not bad. I've seen much worse. In my ute I've done much worse.

The salient point of the arrow is the dimple in the screw showing it to be a JIS screw. I'm trying to recollect if I have seen JIS screws on my ST that don't have the dimple. There are no Philips screws at all on it.
 
I just removed and cleaned my Avalon's IAC valve. Yes, it uses the dotted JIS screws, and yes I stripped one with my Phillips screwdriver...dangflabbit!. Got rid of all 4 screws and replaced with SS allen heads.
