My Brother bought a 2006 nonABS trade-in five years ago for $4500, used, 12k miles, no scratches, from his local dealership. They had it listed for $5500 for TWO YEARS 'til brother made them the offer. No argument, no haggling.
ST's seem to come in all combinations of condition, mileage and asking prices. If the owner won't negotiate the $5900, there are others.

It seems that since covid hit, the ST1300 prices have come up a bit.

Guess it really boils down to what someone is willing to pay for one.
