Damn Ducati!

When there are people with enough money to buy whole islands, spend $50+ million for an old Ferrari, etc, it is not totally surprising that things like this sell out.

I'd much rather have this......but I'm partial.

The hp would go from S1000XR - 180 hp (brentuned), to 201 hp, along with a lot of other refinements.

I like the color and it's slightly less unattractive than the stock Diavel. But when Ducati found out I parted out my Bentley they cancelled my order for three. I didn't really want one but they were going to be Valentine's Day gifts for three spirited girls I know. Now they'll have to settle for See's Truffles but those will be custom 2lb boxes. My 720 Duc Sport was the last of the beautiful Ducatis. Now they look like they're auditioning for a Transformer movie.

They are the masters of overpriced special editions
They are also the masters of Moto GP: You can't argue with success...Ducati secured the 2023 Manufacturer's Championship for the fourth time in a row! :thumb:

I wouldn't mind a Panigale V4. A KTM 1390 Super Duke would be super fun too. But I already have a touring bike, and a super fun bike that morphed from a superbike, that has a respectable power to weight ratio, so I dont think she'll let me. I can always dream,,,,,or testride......

I just saw this thread. Originally, I thought the ‘sucker born every minute‘ thing, however, I believe whoever bought one, assuming they put no to low miles on one (and that would seem pretty stupid given the cost) will likely re-sell it at a substantial profit in a few years on Bring a Trailer. I see such low mileage cars on there (in many cases, under 1000 miles) that go for ridiculous money. What’s the point in getting one if you’re not going to ride or drive the thing???
