Damper holder bolt torque

While tightening the damper holder bolts one snapped. My Clymer manual says 15 and the torque summary a member posted says 14. I checked my torque wrench calibration and it’s not far off. What is the correct torque value. I’m considering putting some blue thread locker on them and only tighten to 10 ft-lb.

The exploded view even shows 20Nm for those bolts...
I settle on 12Nm + a small drop of blue Loctite...
Plus: they start to stretch over the years/removal+torque sequences... so... I too had to drill out one stub not so long ago... ;)

But methinks better that bolt snaps, then the blind hole thread in the wheel is torn out... and replacing them M6 bolts every ten years or so, isn't such a big deal...
